Delivery
Every tale is a digital download: an MP3 audio file delivered instantly through Gumroad. Right after you pay, Gumroad shows a download page and emails you a receipt with a download link. There is nothing physical to ship, and nothing to install.
The personalised birthday tale (free with the complete set) is delivered differently: once it is made and we have listened to it, we email you a private download link. Please order at least two weeks before the birthday.
Refunds
Because the tales are digital downloads, we can't take them back once downloaded, so there are no refunds. If a file is faulty or won't play, write to us (see Contact) and we will send you a new file.
A personalised birthday tale can't be refunded once it has been made, because it was made only for your child. If a name or detail in it is wrong, tell us straight away and we'll correct it.
